Can you customize the brand for customers?

Can I get the sample before production?

Yes, we usually arrange for a sample to be made for your confirmation before the bulk order is produced.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Conventional products: 1PC, customized products: 100PCS.

Can you send me the price list?

We have regular and custom products. Different requirements of the price is different, please tell us your needs, we will give you the most suitable price list.

How long is the delivery time of the order?

Regular products: 1-5 days, customized products:24 hours to confirm the details, if you want urgent delivery, we will find a solution.

Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, bordering Guangzhou, 2H to Shenzhen, the transportation is convenient and fast.

What are the modes of transportation?

We can send international express such as FEDEXIDHLIUPS, shipping, port Guangzhou, Shenzhen are convenient.

What's the FOB port?

Shenzhen port or Guangzhou port are both ok, 2 hours by truck.

How long does sample take?

Sample will be ready within 5-7 days, depends on your printing and material requirements.

How long does normal order take?

Normally 15-25 days, if you want urgent delivery, we will find solutions.

Any other good service your company can provide?

Yes, we can provide good after-sale and fast delivery.

Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

Yes, we attend industry exhibitions every year.

You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?

A purchase amount of 1 million Dollars per year is required.
